The Perfect Location
Originally the Delegate Argus Newspaper, then the town’s Bowling Club, and later a Living Quarters, this historic building is being renovated to bring the community together again.
It will be a homely and welcoming space for locals and visitors alike, renewed with respect to Tom’s vision and values.
Who was “Old Tom”
Tom Millane was a beloved figure in Delegate who passed away in 2021 at the age of 89. He loved his family, his farm, and his town.
He was known for his philosophy of simplicity and adaptive reuse, which inspired us to found Old Tom’s.

Will & Co is an Australian specialty coffee roaster born in Bondi and on an eternal quest to share the world's greatest coffees with the world’s greatest humans.
We have partnered with Will & Co, as they also believe in having a responsibility to support the growth of strong, sustainable, connected communities. Their approach to coffee is a mix of art and science, passion and play.
